ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Deadline for abstract submission is May 15, 2020.

Once the abstract submission process is successfully completed you will receive, by email confirmation of submission. Please do check you SPAM email box should you not receive automatically this notification.

The following guidelines are provided to assist you to submit your abstract.

Please follow the instructions when completing the abstract form and please be aware of the word limits.

Abstracts can only be submitted online and in English. The official languagge for 2020 congress is English only.

There is a limit of one presentation (oral or poster) for a single registered presenting author. This however does not exclude the opportunity to be a co-author in an unlimited number of abstracts.

Please note that one presenting author has to be registered and paid in order for the accepted abstract to be included in the programme and in the abstract book.

The abstract must be designed as follows: a title that clearly describes the essence of the problem under investigation authors of the statement, the authors' names are without titles, the first name is an initial workplace of authors e-mail address (e-mail) of the presenting author.

The abstract must also meet the following criteria: the abstract text itself has a maximum range of 2,000 characters including spaces do not use abbreviations in the abstract title abbreviations in the text can be used if the first use explains their meaning text must not contain tables, graphs, figures, equations, indexes if the abstract is divided into several paragraphs, use ENTER at the end of the paragraph.

The Scientific Committee will decide on the admission and form of submission of the submitted work untill June 30, 2020 and we keep you informed.
